All financial projections, estimates, tax estimates, budget plans, investment projections, and recommendations provided through this Platform are estimates only and are never guaranteed.

This Platform collects sensitive personal and financial information including but not limited to Social Security Numbers, bank account information, tax documents, and financial records. By providing this information you consent to its collection and storage for the purpose of receiving coaching services.

All coaching fees are due as agreed upon between you and your assigned coach. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Keystone Growth Asset Holdings LLC. Completed sessions and delivered documents are non-refundable.
By subscribing to any plan you authorize recurring billing at the stated rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your Profile page.
All content, tools, templates, documents, workflows, and software on this Platform are the exclusive property of Keystone Growth Asset Holdings LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Growth Asset Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Platform or any financial decisions made based on information provided through this Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of this Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
