• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform

4. How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your data seriously. Your information is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud platform with encryption at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.

Sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers and banking details is access-restricted and visible only to your assigned coach. We implement role-based access controls to limit who can view sensitive data.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using this Platform you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

5. Information Sharing

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party platforms we use to operate the Platform (e.g., Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, with appropriate notice to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will retain your data for up to 3 years as required for tax and legal compliance purposes, then securely delete it upon request.

7. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
