Sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers and bank account numbers are stored with restricted access — only your assigned coach can view this information. We implement role-based access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With Supabase (data storage) and Stripe (payment processing) who are contractually obligated to protect your data
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
• Your consent: Any other sharing requires your explicit written consent

6. Data Retention
